Reading: Reading Strategy: Cause and Effect. Please be reading at home too. I want every student to make a years growth in reading. We only have a month left!
Writing: Informational Reports
Phonics: Variant Vowel "/oo/". Words like shook, wood, could, stood, pull and should.
Sight Words: old, any, same, tell, boy. I will start checking sight words this week. This will be the last check before the end of the year!
Science: Earth and Sky!

Monday- Language Club Performance. There is no more after school program or clubs!
Tuesday- Book Fair (7:30- 8:15 and 3:00-4:30)
Wednesday - Evacuation Drill, Book Fair (3:00-4:30)
Thursday - Media, Book Fair (2:30-4:30)
Friday - ALICE Drill, Book Fair (2:30-3:30)

Students can also order books from Scholastic website. Many
books are as low as $1! Just let me know if you would like your student to pick
out books from there and I can help them look and order it. You can also order

*Please be dressing for the weather. We go out if it is above zero. Many students are not bringing coats, snow pants, gloves, boots, etc...*
