Reading: We are starting a new unit on Sequencing and Text Importance. Please be reading at home and practicing sight words too!
Writing: Journaling- writing 2 or more sentences, starting a sentence with an Uppercase letter, using capital I, and ending with a period. Writing at home is a good idea too!
Phonics: CVCe long o - "e makes the o say o", "o says its name". Words like smoke, stole, rope, stove, home and hope.
Sight Words: she, do, if, their, how
Science: Recording and Analyzing data, and reviewing chapter 1.
Other Things:
Monday: Language Club starts.
Thursday - National Button Day, wear buttons to school!
Friday - Last day for collecting Coins for Kindness! Our class is doing a fantastic job so far.
